Gourmet By The Woods
The kitchens

Three tables, one philosophy

Produce walks in from Royalton Farms — the working organic farm inside the estate — and our kitchens cook it the same morning. Farm-fresh Malwa cooking at Gourmet By The Woods; rooftop telescope dinners at Pihu; intimate lakeside service at Gazebo by the Lake.

Each table keeps its own hour

Breakfast on the lawn. Long lunch under the canopy. Coffee at four. Telescopes after eight. Three dining venues, one wandering meal that lasts the whole stay — with fresh vegetables cut at four in the morning and on your table the same day.

For an occasion of your own, a private dining area can be set on request — a quiet corner of the estate laid for a family dinner, an anniversary, or a small celebration.

Gourmet By The Woods

Farm-to-table under the forest canopy

Gourmet By The Woods

Gourmet By The Woods sits under the forest canopy — our fine dining room. The menu draws from Royalton Farms and classical training; each dish reflects the morning’s harvest and the season.

Pihu

Dine under the stars

Pihu

Perched on our rooftop, Pihu offers an intimate setting with panoramic views, live music on weekends, telescopic nights and a diverse menu of international and local cuisines.

Gazebo by the Lake

Dining at the water's edge

Gazebo by the Lake

A semi-open pavilion set apart at the lakeside, lit by lanterns at dusk. Smaller than the main rooms — built for proposals, anniversaries, and unhurried dinners-for-two. The kitchen sends a tasting menu shaped to the season.

The Private Dining Room

A table behind glass

The Private Dining Room

A glassed-in room of its own beside Gourmet By The Woods — for anniversary dinners, family celebrations, and the conversations that need a closed door. The kitchen serves the same farm-to-table menu; the room does the rest. Available on request.

Three you’ll remember

Quiet pleasures at the table

Farm to table

The vegetables walk in from Royalton Farms inside the estate. Same morning, same hands.

Telescope nights

A telescope rolls onto the rooftop at Pihu. Saturn at the soup course; the Pleiades by dessert.

Open coals

Self-service grills under the trees — for the nights you want to cook your own dinner.
